These terms govern the use of this website and the supply of goods by HS Global Limited ("HS Global", "we", "us"), a wholesale distributor of 13 Lewisher Road, Leicester LE4 9LR, United Kingdom (email sales@hsglobal.co.uk, phone 0116 319 0120). By registering for an account or placing an order you agree to these terms.

We supply businesses only. Accounts are available solely to registered businesses buying for business purposes — we do not sell to consumers, and consumer protection legislation applicable to consumer sales does not apply to purchases made through this site. By applying for an account you confirm you are acting in the course of a business.

• Account applications are reviewed by our team, and approval is at our discretion
• We may verify the business details you supply against official public registers, including Companies House and HMRC's VAT number checking service (see our Privacy Policy)
• You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account
• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or provide false information

• Placing an order through the website is an offer to purchase; a contract is formed when we confirm and process the order
• All products are subject to availability — stock levels shown on the site are indicative
• We may decline or limit any order at our discretion, including where a price or product listing contains an obvious error
• Products may only be ordered in the case quantities shown

• Prices shown to your account reflect the trade price list assigned to you and are quoted per case, exclusive of VAT
• VAT is calculated per product at the applicable rate and itemised before you place your order and on your invoice
• Prices may change from time to time; the price applied is the one shown when your order is placed, except in the case of obvious error

Payment is due in accordance with the payment terms agreed on your account. We may set and vary credit limits at our discretion. Goods remain the property of HS Global until paid for in full.

Delivery availability, charges and schedules depend on your location and order size and are agreed per account. Collection from our Leicester premises is available during opening hours. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection.

Please inspect goods on delivery or collection. Shortages, damage or incorrect items must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. Subject to your statutory rights that cannot be excluded, we will replace, credit or refund goods that are confirmed damaged, faulty or supplied in error. Goods correctly supplied are not returnable except by prior agreement.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profit), and our total liability in respect of any order is limited to the price paid for that order.

• If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect
• These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction
